Join us on April 25th for our next singalong!
One Song More was inspired by Marie’s Crisis, a popular piano bar in New York City where you can sing showtunes in community with others! Right now we’re operating as a pop-up event about once a month in various places around Seattle. RSVP to our ongoing events below to sing your favorite Broadway tunes with us, from Wicked to Oklahoma to West Side Story to Les Mis and more!
Gather around the piano and sing to your favorite showtunes with other people! Don’t know the show? That’s okay! We'll have the lyrics projected so you don't need to worry about scrambling to look them up on your phone.
Nope! At our events we encourage everyone to join in the singing, so no need to worry if you're shy about singing in front of others.
We sing a variety of showtunes from musicals, both classical and modern, and it changes every time. The piano player and hosts pick songs with wide appeal, but you can also make a request. If we have the music, we will try to accommodate!
Our most recent events have been held at Kerry Hall in Capitol Hill! We’ve started with a house party format but are now expanding into more public venues. Other places we've held our events include:
Georgetown Steam Plant
Ledbetter Events
STG @ Kerry Hall
If you know of an establishment that might be interested in hosting us, please reach out!
We appreciate it so that we have an estimate of how many people are coming! For public events, we ask for a $20 suggested donation to help cover the costs of paying our piano player and renting the space. However, we want you to come regardless of your ability to donate!
As long as the venue allows it, we're happy to have kids join in on the fun! We do want to note that some of the songs we sing may be more of a PG-13 level for content and the occasional swear word. (Think: Rent, Avenue Q, Book of Mormon, Spring Awakening)
